We’re excited to welcome you to the Billboard Latin Music Week! Your safety is our top priority. Masks will be encouraged while indoors at all venues except while eating or drinking. Masks and hand sanitizers will be available throughout the Faena Forum and our staff will be providing sanitation services to all high-touch areas frequently throughout each day.

All tickets are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. In the case of an event cancellation without a rescheduled date, a full refund will be automatically issued to each patron on the credit card used to purchase. COVID POLICIES FOR THE BILLBOARD LATIN MUSIC AWARDS: 

Telemundo is proud to present the Billboard Latin Music Awards live on September 29th, 2022. Telemundo has instituted COVID-19 safety protocols to promote the health and safety of all fans, crew, and working personnel. 

To gain entry to the event venue, all audience members will be required to show a valid form of identification (i.e., driver’s license, state identity card, or any other primary form of identification) in addition to:

·        Proof of full vaccination against COVID-19; OR

·        A negative COVID-19 test result taken within 72 hours

·        COVID-19 vaccine boosters are not required for this show.

Proof of vaccination and negative test results can be presented as a digital image on a phone or a hard copy. 

People are considered fully vaccinated against COVID-19 when they received all recommended doses of a COVID-19 vaccine that has been authorized, accepted, or approved by the FDA.

PCR, antigen, and at home tests are acceptable.

 

Venue ticket takes will verify vaccination status or test result at entrance.
