Nir Seroussi
Since the mid-nineties, Nir Seroussi has built a reputation as a visionary executive, award-winning songwriter, and influential A&R leader. In 2019, he joined Interscope Capitol as Executive Vice President, where he has helped shape the label’s Latin strategy and global crossover success. He has overseen milestone releases for Karol G, Kali Uchis, J Balvin and Selena Gomez, while signing breakout acts like Ivan Cornejo, Xavi, and Gabito Ballesteros.
Every year since 2013, Billboard has included him in its “Latin Power Players,” and in 2025, he was named to its “Power 100.” He is also the only Latin music executive to appear on Billboard’s “40 Under 40” list three years in a row. Prior to Interscope, Seroussi served as President of Sony Music U.S. Latin, where he led the label to No. 1 in market share and drove hits from artists such as Ozuna, Romeo Santos, Enrique Iglesias, Marc Anthony and Maluma.
As a two-time BMI Latin Award-winning songwriter, his credits span artists like Becky G, Pepe Aguilar, and Christian Nodal. His deep musical roots and global perspective stem from a diverse upbringing and formal training—graduating summa cum laude from Berklee College of Music with a degree in Music Business/Management.
