Emilio Morales is the Managing Director of Rimas Publishing. As a former musician and songwriter, he gained firsthand understanding of the needs of creators, which led him to specialize in publishing with the goal of building a fair and sustainable model for authors.
Under his leadership, Rimas Publishing has experienced exceptional growth, managing a catalog of over 150 writers and producers from across the globe, including Bad Bunny, Eladio Carrión, Subelo NEO, and Mora. His work has earned the company accolades such as Publisher of the Year at the Billboard Latin Music Awards (2021 and 2022), as well as numerous GRAMMY, Latin GRAMMY, ASCAP, and BMI awards.
Emilio has spearheaded strategic partnerships with global brands like Adidas, Amazon, Univision, Netflix, Spotify, and HBO, and has worked closely with major publishers and labels including Sony Publishing, Warner Chappell, UMPG, Kobalt, and BMG. His innovative vision has helped expand Latin music into new formats and technologies.
