Bryant Pino
Bryant Pino’s journey through the world of radio started humbly in 1997 as a promotions intern at New York’s WKTU 103.5 FM, part of Clear Channel Radio. Within months, his passion and drive earned him a promotion to the Sales Department, setting the tone for a career built on hustle, instinct, and vision.
Soon after, he joined Hispanic Broadcasting Corporation—today known as Univision Radio’s Latino Mix 105.9 FM—where he rose from National Sales Assistant to Programming Assistant. It was there that Pino found his true calling: shaping the sound, culture, and movement of Latin music from the inside out.
A few years later, he helped launch La Kalle 105.9 FM alongside VP of Programming J.D. González—the first official Reggaetón station in North America—where he was elevated to Assistant Program Director, cementing his early role in defining a new era of Latin radio.
In 2008, Pino joined Sirius Satellite Radio as Latin Format Manager just before the merger with XM Radio. What followed was a legacy of creation and innovation: he built SiriusXM’s entire Latin music portfolio from the ground up and now serves as Director of Latin Music Programming, overseeing an ever-expanding universe of genre-specific channels that reflect the diversity and heartbeat of Latin culture.
Under his leadership, SiriusXM’s Latin lineup has flourished with flagship channels like Caliente, blending salsa, bachata, and reggaetón; Viva, showcasing today’s Latin pop; Flow Nación, dedicated to urban Latin sounds from reggaetón to Latin trap; La Kueva, home for Latin rock and alternative; and Águila, celebrating the richness of regional Mexican music.
Now, with SiriusXM’s new Latin headquarters in Miami’s South Beach, Pino continues to expand the brand’s footprint—most recently creating Hits Uno, a vibrant, trend-driven channel spotlighting today’s viral Latin hits.
Over the past year, Pino has turned the SiriusXM studios into a destination for today’s most influential artists—producing exclusive interviews and performances with Marc Anthony, Greeicy, Wisin, Nicki Nicole, Enrique Iglesias, Kali Uchis, Camila Cabello, Grupo Niche, El Gran Combo, and even boxing champion Canelo Álvarez. His specials capture the depth and artistry of Latin music in every form—raw, live, and deeply personal.
He also spearheaded two of SiriusXM’s most celebrated Latin artist channels: Marc Anthony: Muévanse Radio, curated by the salsa legend himself and showcasing his catalog, influences, and collaborators; and Carlos Vives Radio, honoring the Colombian icon’s 30-year career and his recognition as the Recording Academy’s Person of the Year.
Featured on Billboard’s Latin Power Players list in 2015 and again from 2018 through 2025, Bryant Pino continues to shape the sound, reach, and cultural impact of Latin music across North America. His philosophy is simple yet powerful: “Alone we’re a drop, but together we’re a wave.”
