Vicky Rivas is an A&R Manager at Universal Music Publishing Group in Miami, where she identifies, signs, and develops songwriters and producers across Latin, electronic, pop, rock, and other genres. With five years of experience in the music industry, Rivas plays a key role in shaping creative careers through artist and songwriter development, studio sessions, songwriting camps, demo pitching, publishing education, and global crossover collaborations.
Over the past three years, Rivas has contributed to more than 30 projects, helping connect talent across markets and genres. Among her notable achievements is facilitating the collaboration between Cimafunk and PAME with ANOTR, resulting in the focus single “Currency,” which has surpassed 25 million streams. Her work reflects a focus on developing forward-thinking talent and creating opportunities that bridge genres, cultures, and international markets.
Rivas studied Music Business and Audio Engineering at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, graduating in May 2021.
