Goldie Harris
Goldie Harris is a music executive, DJ, and educator currently serving as Head of Commerce at UnitedMasters, where she oversees the company’s global commerce team. In her role, she leads strategy across digital streaming platforms, commercial partnerships, audience development, and artist growth, working closely with partners including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Amazon Music, and other key platforms to expand the visibility and revenue potential of independent artists worldwide.

Goldie’s relationship with UnitedMasters spans more than five years, during which she has helped advance the company’s commerce and platform strategy. After serving as Director of Streaming and Commerce at EMPIRE, she returned to UnitedMasters to lead the global commerce team. Throughout her career, she has worked at the intersection of music, technology, culture, and artist empowerment, developing strategies across editorial, original content, experiential activations, out-of-home marketing, international growth, and platform partnerships throughout the United States, Africa, Latin America, and other global markets. She has contributed to campaigns for artists including Brent Faiyaz, BigXthaPlug, EARTHGANG, FloyyMenor, Anycia, and Ekkstacy, among others.

Alongside her executive career, Goldie is an accomplished DJ whose work reflects her ability to connect music, community, and culture in real time. She has performed for institutions, brands, and cultural platforms including the Whitney Museum of American Art, Nordstrom, adidas, Nike, PUMA, JD Sports, Spotify, TIDAL, Vevo, Rolling Loud, The One Show, Art Basel, New York Fashion Week, and the Tribeca Festival. Her DJ work has also been featured across Apple Music, On The Radar Radio, The Lot Radio, Foundation FM, and COLORS.

Goldie is also an adjunct professor of Music Business at Hofstra University, where she prepares emerging professionals to navigate careers in the modern music industry. She serves on the Client Advisory Board at Genius, contributing her perspective on the evolving relationship between artists, platforms, audiences, and music culture.

In 2025, Goldie was recognized as an honoree on Billboard’s Women in Music Top Executives list. She was also inducted into the Recording Academy’s Grammy Class of 2024 and has served as a Live Nation Femme It Forward mentor. Across her work as an executive, DJ, educator, and advisor, she remains committed to artist ownership, mentorship, representation, and building a more equitable and sustainable music industry.
