He is the founder and CEO of WK Entertainment, a Miami-based management and artist services company with offices in Spain, Mexico, and Brazil, as well as the independent record label WK Records, launched in 2020.
Kolm began his career early, developing independent artists and running his first label at 19, gaining hands-on experience across production, distribution, and promotion. By his mid-20s, he was appointed to lead the launch of Universal Music in Argentina, marking the beginning of a 15-year tenure within Universal Music Group across multiple international markets. In 2009, he was named President of Universal Music Latino & Machete, where he oversaw the success of major talents including Wisin & Yandel, Don Omar, and Paulina Rubio.
In 2012, he founded WK Entertainment, which has grown into one of the largest U.S.-headquartered management companies focused on Latin artists. The company’s roster currently includes Carlos Vives, Farruko, Morat, Prince Royce, Xavi, Emilia, Silvestre Dangond, Los Esquivel, Lasso, among others. Kolm and his team lead global strategy across touring, recordings, brand partnerships, and market expansion, with a focus on building long-term careers. He also played a key role in the development of Latin icon Maluma, representing him from 2013 to 2025 and helping drive his rise to worldwide success.
Kolm was named Billboard’s Latin Executive of the Year in 2018 and has been a Billboard Power Player for nine consecutive years (2018–2026). In 2023, he was honored as the inaugural recipient of the Billboard Latin Power Players’ Choice Award, selected by his peers through voting and in 2024, was recognized as a Billboard Indie Power Player, followed by Global Power Player honors in 2025 and 2026. He has also been named one of the Most Influential Men by Imagen Magazine in 2023 and 2026, further reinforcing his standing as one of Latin music’s most successful managers.
Kolm’s approach to artist development is rooted in long-term strategy, team building and global positioning, principles that continue to define WK Entertainment’s role in shaping the future of Latin music.
