Ady Harley
Ady Harley is currently Head of Music Label Partnerships, LATAM & US Latin for the Music Partnerships team at Facebook Inc. In this role, he is responsible for managing the relationship with record labels for 18 territories in the Latin region, for both Facebook, Instagram and the family of apps.
Previously he held a variety of music-related roles at technology companies, such as Nokia, Amazon and Google Play/YouTube. Before working on the platform-side, Ady worked for labels including his own label Ether Music, based in his native London, as well as Trama (São Paulo), PIAS (London) and Sony Music (Rio de Janeiro).
Ady also used to host the first ever regular nationwide radio show dedicated to Latin music in the UK, on Radio BBC 1Xtra. His passion for radio continues today, as he hosts the Latin show ‘La Mezcla’ on London’s Worldwide FM.
Ady Harley is currently based in Miami, FL and holds a Masters in Political Science (Honors) from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland.
