Dimelo Flow
Dimelo Flow continues to shape the sound of Latin music and impact the culture worldwide. With billions of streams and a growing discography of multiplatinum hits, he has crafted smashes for red hot rising superstars such as Sech, J Quiles, Dalex, and more in addition to serving up scorching solo material of his own. Born in Panama, he relocated to Ocala, FL in high school. Following a life-changing car accident that derailed his basketball ambitions, he picked up the turntables and would DJ anywhere with a stage. In the middle of lighting up some of Florida’s hottest clubs, he serendipitously met Quiles, leading to international tours and a deal with Rich Music. Following the success of bangers such as “Tu Pollo” [with Quiles & Sech] and “Pa Mí” [with Dalex & Rafa Pabön], he teamed up with Nicky Jam and Sech for “El Favor” [feat. Farruko, Zion, & Lunay], exceeding 166 million Spotify streams and 126 million YouTube views and catapulting to the Top 25 on the Billboard Hot Latin Songs Chart. He also produced The Academy—the collaborative epic by Sech, Dalex, Feid, Lenny Tavarez, and Quiles. It crushed 1 billion streams, while VICE hailed it as #11 on the “Top 25 LatinX Albums of 2019.” Not to mention, “Sigues Con El” [with Arcángel & Sech] posted up another billion streams. Around the same time, he claimed #2 on the Billboard Latin Producers Chart. He lit up 2020 with “Pirueta” alongside Chencho Corleone and Arcángel and featuring Myke Towers and Wisin & Yandel. In 2021, he returned with the bouncy anthem “Girl Like You” with Sech and Tyga and featuring J.I. the Prince of N.Y. It amassed millions of streams and earned praise from The Miami New Times. On its heels, he assembled a new iteration of The Academy—Sech, Justin Quiles, Dalex, and Lenny Tavárez—joined by Arcángel and De La Ghetto for “Se Le Ve.” With his next full-length record Always Dream, The Album coming soon, he sets the pace for the future of Latin music once again.
