Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Cárdenas Marketing Network (CMN) and for the past 30 years managed and produced some of the biggest live entertainment events in the U.S. and Latin America, making CMN an independent live-entertainment and marketing powerhouse. Produced some of the highest grossing acts in Latin music history, including Marc Anthony, Maná and Vicente Fernandez. Strategic endeavor of Henry Agency leads a dynamic, multicultural marketing team that impacts the event marketing industry by incorporating the passion points of consumers and transforming them into innovative, award-winning campaigns for corporate giants including Anheuser-Bush, Wrigley Jr. Company and H&R Block, among others. Benchmark, in 1985 organized the first-ever Pan American Music Festival in Chicago. Established a multi-year partnership with Asociación del Fútbol Argentino which brought Lionel Messi and the Argentina National Team stateside and booked a string of world record-breaking sell-outs at Madison Square Garden. Produced over 100 soccer exhibitions and have orchestrated experiential marketing campaigns for major brands such as Nike, Wrigley, Sears, Anheuser-Busch, Reebok and Heineken. Cárdenas Marketing Network is now the largest producer of Latin Music concerts in the United States producing over 300 concerts yearly. In 2012, Launched the Maestro Cares Foundation with business associate and Grammy Award winner Marc Anthony to improve the quality of life for orphaned children throughout Latin America by providing housing, classrooms, health clinics, dining and recreational facilities. Through a series of fundraisers and charity concerts – the non-for-profit organization secured funding for its various endeavors in Dominican Republic, Mexico, Colombia and Puerto Rico.
