Jorge "Pepo" Ferradas
Born and raised in Argentina, Pepo currently lives in Miami. He is a highly respected music
industry executive who, throughout his career, has developed deep ties to all levels of the
entertainment industry. He has extensive experience in virtually every aspect of the music
industry, including television projects.
He got his start in the music industry in his native Buenos Aires as a teenager, loading equipment
for the likes of Charly Garcia, and later managed the rock band Soda Stereo. He worked with
countless artists from Argentina as his representative, and continued to work with artists from all
over South America.
Pepo went on to work at several major labels, most notably becoming the president of Sony
Music for South America and Sony/BMG South America. In early 2005, he moved to Miami to
manage Shakira in all Spanish-speaking markets. In 2007, he founded and developed the GTS
tour and artist management company in Los Angeles.
Between Los Angeles and New York, he spent eight years as VP of Tours for Live Nation, where
he oversaw the Live Nation-Shakira deal, and was in charge of their "360" deal, which included
concerts, recordings, merchandising, digital and other aspects of his career.
Pepo was then hired for the position of President of Music at Univision, where he was responsible
for developing an integrated music strategy covering all music efforts across the company's many
platforms. This included the production of the Latin Grammys, Premios Lo Nuestro and Premios
Juventud, among others.
Pepo is currently CEO of FPM Entertainment, a live entertainment and management company that
he founded in April 2019. He currently manages Camilo, Evaluna, Lali, and Rels B.
Camilo stands out, with the release of his last album “De Adentro Pa Afuera" and a global tour
with the same name. It started in Spain this summer where he has sold more than 200,000 tickets
for this tour.
Last year in the second semester of 2021 Camilo completed his first tour "Mis Manos," having
done 65 shows throughout Europe, United States and Latin America. In Spain alone, he received
the recognition of being the international artist that sold the most tickets that year.
Camilo was the most nominated and award winning artist at several awards throughout last year,
including 4 awards at the Latin Grammys and 3 in Premios lo Nuestro.
