Prior to joining WKR/WKE in 2021, Horacio had a remarkable career for 15+ years at Universal Music Latin Entertainment, serving as Senior Vice-President, Marketing; working alongside and helping to propel the careers some of today’s biggest global Latin superstars including Karol G, J Balvin, Jhay Cortez and Luis Fonsi among others. Today, Horacio leads the rapidly growing operation for WK Records, its business partners, associated labels and a roster of 40+ artists from 15 different countries; all while assisting with the music strategy for WK Entertainment’s management clients. Based in Miami, the Chilean born executive is regarded as one of the top contemporary leaders in the Latin music business and was included in 2022’s Billboard Latin Power Players roundup of industry executives along with both their ‘30 Under 30’ and ‘40 Under 40’ lists in years past.
