Kevin Eiroa brings 10 years of experience to the music industry, focused primarily on strategic marketing and artist development. Born in Miami, Florida, and raised on the island of Puerto Rico, he is passionate about a hands-on approach to the constant evolution of music and the ever-expanding roster of artists from the industry's present and future.

Currently, Kevin works in Miami as A&R for the global music services company, ONErpm, where he develops and optimizes the careers and monetization of developing and established projects in the US Latin market. He previously worked with Warner Music, Kobalt Music, Managing boyband CNCO and Walter Kolm Entertainment. Personally, Kevin enjoys the fine arts, a good bolero playlist, and auto racing with his family.
