Paula Guerra
Strategic Communications, Marketing and Event Development expert, with more than 15 years of experience in both public and private sectors. Early in her career, Paula worked for Colombia's President Chief of Staff, and was a leading team member at the Colombian Mission to the United Nations in New York. As a Communications Strategist and Consultant she has worked with ONU Mujeres, the British Council, Hay Festival, RCN Radio, Probogotá, Bogotá's Chamber of Commerce, among others. From 2016 until 2019, Paula was the General Director and Producer for Colombia 4.0, one of the most relevant digital content conferences in Latin America.
In 2018, Paula joined Páramo Presenta as Marketing Director, leading all communications and marketing efforts for their music festivals (Festival Estéreo Picnic with acts such as Arctic Monkeys, St. Vincent, Sam Smith, Kendrick Lamar, Underworld, Grupo Niche, BAUM Festival with acts that included Boris Brejcha, Jeff Mills, The Blessed Madonna, and Knotfest Colombia with Slipknot, Behemoth, Testament and Judas Priest, among many others) and all stand alone concerts (Sting and Shaggy, Ruben Blades, Caifanes, Snow Patrol, etc).
Since February 2021, as Head of Marketing for the Andean and Caribbean regions at ONErpm, Paula leads a team of music experts and enthusiasts in bringing music business solutions for artists in the region, with the goal of strengthening and developing their careers. The artist roster includes Chimbala, Grupo Niche, Tito Nieves, La Perversa, Juliana, Nanpa Básico, Irepelusa, among others. She has a dog, his name is Porter, as in Cole Porter.
